Meet the Team Monday: Front Office Manager Angela Tomazin

angela-tomazin Meet the heart of our Front Office team, Angela Tomazin!  As Front Office Manager, Angela oversees the front desk associates, bell staff, door staff, as well as our concierge.

Angela began her career with Hyatt as a Gallery Host at the Hyatt Place Warrenville/Naperville, IL where she was soon promoted to Lead Gallery Host all while earning a degree in Hospitality Administration and Management from Kendall College.  Angela came to the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place in July 2011 as a Roving Manager working shifts primarily in Housekeeping and Reservations/PBX.  In May of 2012, Angela stopped roving and moved to the front desk as Assistant Front Office Manager.  Beginning in Dec of that same year, Angela took over the duties of the Front Office Manager during our hotel renovation, which included relocating the front desk several times as each area of the lobby was completed.  In May, her team was very excited when her title as Front Office Manager became official.

Customer service is Angela’s #1 goal, and her team uses a hands-on approach with heavy management presence in the lobby interacting with our guests to ensure a great experience!   In her free time, Angela enjoys kick boxing and attending sporting events around the city of Chicago.

If Angela or her team can be of any service, please don’t hesitate to contact them at 312.567.1234
